Ice Cream, burgers, hot dogs, wraps, salads, and a whole lot more.

I want to start by thanking everyone who came out for our first ever colossal banana split. Special thanks goes to the Hempfield Soccer Club who participated with us for the event. Also, special thanks goes to Turkey Hill Dairy for providing the ice cream for our giant sundae. The final result was a total length of 52.5 ft long. We sold a good portion of the tickets, the weather cleared up right before the event, and the ice cream didn’t melt before we had a chance to serve it.

Some other information about the sundae, it was comprised of 70 individual banana splits. We used just under 15 gallons of ice cream, along with 3 lbs of chocolate sauce, 5lbs of strawberry and pineapple sauce, and 15 cans of whipped cream.

My goal eventually is to do a 100yard split, possibly to benefit a local school district after a football game.
